PNB Housing Finance Ltd announced rating actions from India Ratings and Research, including an assignment of 'IND AAA' Stable rating to Additional Non-Convertible Debentures, alongside affirmations of existing ratings on various instruments; India Ratings affirmed Non-convertible debentures amounting to 15 and 44.55, Bank loan facilities totaling 115, and several other Non-convertible Debentures (INE572E07167, INE572E07183, INE572E07191, INE572E07209, INE572E07217, INE572E07225, INE572E07233, INE572E07258, INE572E07266, INE572E07274, INE572E07290, and 12 INE572E07308), all carrying an IND AAA Stable rating and verified for maturity dates ranging from August 20, 2026, to June 2031, while also withdrawing the Commercial Paper rating of IND A1+; the agency also affirmed ratings on additional Non-convertible Debentures and specified details for INE572E09320, INE572E09346, INE572E07167, INE572E07183, INE572E07191, INE572E07209, INE572E07258, INE572E07266, INE572E07274, and INE572E07290.
