Duroply Industries Ltd. sees credit rating upgrades from India Ratings and Research

Duroply Industries Ltd announced an update regarding credit ratings pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. India Ratings and Research Private Limited has assigned a rating of IND BBB - with a Stable Outlook to the Long-Term Credit Facilities (Bank Loan Facilities), upgrading from IND BB +, and has assigned a rating of IND A 3 to the Short-Term Credit Facilities (Bank Loan Facilities), upgrading from IND A4+; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals of ratings were indicated beyond these changes to the Long-Term Credit Facilities (Bank Loan Facilities) and Short-Term Credit Facilities (Bank Loan Facilities).
