Modern Insulators Ltd. receives reaffirmations and facility enhancements from CRISIL Ratings Limited

Modern Insulators Ltd announced reaffirmations from CRISIL Ratings Limited across a range of instruments, including a Bank Loan of Rs. 165 Crore carrying a Crisil A-/Stable rating and a Crisil A2+ short-term rating, alongside a Bank Loan of Rs. 165 Crore also rated Crisil A2+. Further reaffirmations were issued for a Bank Guarantee of 34.9 Crore (Punjab National Bank), a Bank Guarantee of 8.1 Crore (Central Bank of India), Bill Discounting under Letter of Credit of 20 Crore (National Bank), Cash Credit facilities of 15 Crore (Punjab National Bank), 15.75 Crore (Central Bank of India), and 19.25 Crore (Punjab National Bank), a Letter of Credit of 6.6 Crore (Punjab National Bank), a Letter of Credit of 54 Crore (Central Bank of India), a Letter of Credit & Bank Guarantee of 55 Crore (Punjab National Bank), Packing Credit facilities of 9 Crore (Central Bank of India), 11 Crore (Punjab National Bank), a Term Loan of 14.5 Crore (Punjab National Bank), with notes indicating these are intimations of credit ratings as per SEBI regulations and an enhancement of facilities from Rs. 130 Crore; no specific rating details were provided by any agency beyond the reaffirmations and enhancements.
