Wonderla Holidays' ratings reaffirmed by CARE Ratings, including Long Term Bank Facilities at CARE AA-; Positive

Wonderla Holidays Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed its ratings on various bank facilities, including Long Term Bank Facilities at CARE AA-; Positive, Long Term/ Short Term Bank Facilities at CARE AA-; Positive / CARE A1+, and Short Term Bank Facilities at CARE A1+, with a revision of the outlook from stable; CARE Ratings also revised the rating of Long Term Bank Loan from Rs. 200 crore from CARE A; Positive to CARE A; Stable, and reaffirmed Short Term Bank Facilities at CARE A1+, while Brickworks has provided an initial rating of BWR A1 for Commercial Paper of Rs. 50 crore; additionally, CARE Ratings Ltd. has noted that a review will be undertaken periodically, with the possibility of rating revision, reaffirmation, or withdrawal, and has indicated continuous monitoring for certain bank facilities, alongside a review designation due to the issuer not cooperating, while CareEdge Ratings acknowledged the ratings reflect opinions as of the rating date, and N/A ratings were also noted across multiple instruments and agencies.
