Union Bank of India secures BBB rating from S&P Global for its U.S. dollar notes

Union Bank of India announced that S&P Global Ratings has assigned a long-term issue rating of BBB to its U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes, equal to the long-term issuer credit rating (BBB/Stable/A-2), and has also assigned a BBB rating to its U.S. Senior Notes issued by its DIFC Branch, proposed for issuance; no other rating agencies were mentioned in the provided information, and therefore no rating actions, enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted for any other instruments.
