Jyoti Limited wins dismissal of Rs 96.89 lakh suit filed by Navinbhai Cables Private Limited

Jyoti Limited announced that the Bombay City Civil Court, Mazgaon, dismissed a civil suit filed in 2002 by M/s. Navinbhai Cables Private Limited seeking a total recovery of Rs 96,89,211 along with interest and Rs 87,49,556 related to a "C" form and penal liability. The court issued the order on August 20, 2026, which was uploaded on the court's website on August 21, 2026, and the company stated that the dismissal of the suit will have no material financial, operational, or other impact.
