IIFL Finance's debt instruments reaffirmed with ratings up to Rs. 850 crore by Infomerics

IIFL Finance Ltd announced that Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited (“Infomerics”) has reaffirmed its rating as IVR AA/Stable for Perpetual Debt Instruments (“PDIs”) amounting to Rs. 850 crore, IVR A1+ for proposed Commercial Paper (“CP”) amounting to Rs. 5,000 crore, and has assigned a rating of IVR AA/Stable for proposed PDIs amounting to Rs. 300 crore; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted for any other instruments, and the ratings are hosted on Infomerics’ website.
