India Ratings downgrades Star Housing Finance instruments, citing non-cooperating category status

Star Housing Finance Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Pvt Ltd has migrated several instruments to the non-cooperating category, including Non-convertible debentures amounting to 2,500, Bank loan facilities totaling 4,500, and numerous term loans with varying amounts from lenders such as Bajaj Finance (158.33), Capital India Finance Limited (27.65), Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd (12.27 and 72.51), Hinduja Housing Finance (5.3, 40, and 44.33), Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd. (2.57), ICICI Bank (79.17), IDBI Bank (70), Indian Overseas Bank (52.4 and 87.5), LIC Housing Finance Ltd (41.51, 167.48, and 193.12), MANAPPURAM FINANCE L TD (88.39), MAS Financial Services Ltd. (29.17, 12.5, and 37.5), Mas Rural Housing & Mortgage Finance Limited (9.37, 10, and 13.33), National Housing Bank (multiple tranches totaling 781.31), Poonawalla Fincorp (78.87), Shriram finance Limited (86.09), State Bank of India (multiple tranches totaling 1,003.09), Sundaram Finance Ltd. (68.78 and 122.51), Sundaram Home finance Limited (5.63, 5.83, and 16.65), Suryoday Small Finance Bank (77.66), Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd (11.67), and a Bank loan(Unutilised) of 297.5; India Ratings also reported a similar migration of Non-convertible debentures (2,500) and Bank loan facilities (4,500) to the non-cooperating category, alongside numerous term loans with varying amounts from the same lenders, and noted that these actions were taken pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with no further details provided regarding the reasons for the rating actions.
