ICICI Bank priced USD 1 billion in 5-year notes under its USD 7.5 billion program

ICICI Bank Ltd, acting through its IFSC Banking Unit, announced today at 10:45 a.m. IST the pricing of USD 1 billion Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes, issued under its USD 7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme, with a 5.410% coupon and a 5-year tenure maturing on August 27, 2031; the Notes are registered as RegS Category 2 and will be listed on the Global Securities Market of the India International Exchange IFSC Limited, the Debt Securities Market of the NSE IFSC Limited, and SGX-ST. Moody’s Ratings assigned a ‘Baa3’ rating to the Notes, while S&P Global Ratings assigned a ‘BBB’ rating, with the proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes and no security or special rights attached to the instrument, and there are no anticipated delays in payment or any related comments.
