Krystal Integrated Services Limited secures Rs 17.25 crore manpower services contract from Maharashtra Rajya Sahakari Sangh

Krystal Integrated Services Limited has received a work order from The Maharashtra Rajya Sahakari Sangh Maryadit, Pune, to provide manpower services across various districts of Maharashtra state for a period of 5 years, commencing September 1, 2026, and concluding August 31, 2031. The contract, awarded on August 24, 2026, carries an approximate value of Rs 17.25 Crore, excluding applicable taxes, and represents business conducted in the ordinary course. The company, formerly known as Krystal Integrated Services Private Limited, confirmed that neither promoters, promoter groups, or group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
