Siyaram Silk Mills receives a CRISIL AA-/Stable rating for Rs. 318 crore preference shares

Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd announced an intimation regarding ratings for its 9% Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, alongside ratings assigned by CRISIL Ratings Limited. CRISIL Ratings Limited has assigned a rating of Crisil AA-/Stable, with a rating letter dated August 24, 2026, to the company’s 9% cumulative non-convertible redeemable preference shares amounting to Rs. 318 crore, and also assigned a rating of Crisil AA-/Stable with a Stable Outlook to Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 318 crore; there were no enhancements, withdrawals, or assignments other than those specifically detailed for the aforementioned instruments.
