Siyaram Silk Mills' bank loan facilities reaffirmed as AA-/Stable by CRISIL Ratings

Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited has reaffirmed its ratings on the company's bank loan facilities, including Total Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 350.69 crore with a Crisil AA-/Stable rating and a Crisil A1+ rating, alongside reaffirmations for individual facilities such as Cash Credit & Working Capital Demand Loan of Rs. 125 crore from Union Bank of India, Cash Credit & Working Capital Demand Loan of Rs. 130 crore from Bank of Baroda, Letter of credit & Bank Guarantee of Rs. 35 crore from Union Bank of India, Letter of credit & Bank Guarantee of Rs. 5 crore from Bank of Baroda, Long Term Loan of Rs. 40 crore from Standard Chartered Bank, and a Proposed Working Capital Facility of Rs. 15.69 crore, all carrying a Crisil AA-/Stable rating; no rating agency other than CRISIL Ratings Limited provided ratings, and further rating information is expected to follow.
