Aptech Limited secures Rs 7.23 crore work order from a State Government Body for examination services

Aptech Limited announced it has received a work order from a State Government Body to conduct computer-based examinations, with an estimated contract value of Rs 7.23 crore, expected to be executed in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026-27. The contract involves providing examination services as per the Request for Proposal and Master Services Agreement, and requires Aptech to submit a list of exam cities and centers for approval. The company clarified a previous date in the document was corrected from August 28, 2026, to August 25, 2026, and confirmed that the order does not involve any related party transactions.
