India Ratings affirmed and upgraded ratings for SBFC Finance instruments, including a 500 crore bank loan

SBFC Finance Ltd announced rating actions and enhancements across several instruments, as detailed by India Ratings and Research Private Limited, India Ratings, and India Ratings & Research Pvt. Ltd. India Ratings and Research Private Limited assigned an IND AA+ (SO)/Stable rating to Series A1 Securitised Notes and received a rating letter for the ABS of Horizon Trust LAP June 2026, with information subsequently uploaded to the company website; additionally, India Ratings converted the Securitised Notes (SNs) of Horizon Trust LAP June 2026, amounting to 2,176.02, to a final rating of IND AA+(SO)/Stable, linked to ICICI 6M MCLR and maturing on August 20, 2040. India Ratings upgraded a Bank Loan of 500 crore to IND AAA, citing a strong market position and improving profitability, while also noting a Senior Director rating for HorizonTrustLAPJune2026 with a maturity date of August 25, 2026, and acknowledging that insufficient information precluded a full rating based on their belief.
