Fitch Ratings assigned and finalized ratings for Union Bank of India’s USD600 million senior bonds

Union Bank of India announced ratings actions across several instruments from Fitch Ratings, including an initial rating of BBB- for XS3485474533, a 3-year USD-denominated senior unsecured note, and XS3485474707, a 5-year USD-denominated senior unsecured note; Fitch also assigned a final rating of BBB- to USD600 million senior bonds, as well as assigned and finalized ratings for USD300 million 5.230% senior unsecured notes due August 2029, and USD300 million 5.417% senior unsecured notes due August 2031, both with amounts of USD300 million; furthermore, Fitch assigned new ratings to the senior unsecured long-term rating (BBB-), senior unsecured LT (xgs) (BB), senior unsecured LT (BBB-), senior unsecured (BBB-), and senior unsecured (xgs) (BB(xgs)), while also finalizing the senior unsecured rating for USD600 million senior bonds.
