Hester Biosciences sees credit rating upgrades from CARE Ratings, including facility adjustments

Hester Biosciences Ltd announced upgrades to its credit ratings from multiple agencies, reflecting information regarding an upgrade in credit rating. CARE Ratings upgraded Long-term Bank Facilities, Long-term / Short-term Bank Facilities, and Short-term Bank Facilities, with ratings of BBB; Stable, BBB+; Stable, BBB; Stable/ A3 +, BBB+; Stable/ A2, and A3 + and A2 respectively, while also upgrading Long Term Bank Facilities from CARE BBB; Stable to CARE BBB+; Stable with a reduced sanctioned amount from 66.25 to 48.45, and Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities from CARE BBB; Stable / CARE A3+ to CARE BBB+; Stable / CARE A2, alongside upgrading Short Term Bank Facilities from CARE A3+ to CARE A2; CARE Ratings Ltd. also noted a review with the status of "ISSUER NOT COOPERATING" for certain Bank Facilities, and indicated potential annual surveillance/review, along with monitoring of bank facilities, while CareEdge Ratings indicated that ratings reflect opinions as on the date of the rating, and N/A agencies provided no rating data.
