Cera Sanitaryware receives reaffirmed CARE Ratings for bank facilities totaling Rs. 100 crore

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd announced today, August 28th, 2026, the receipt of a credit rating from CARE Ratings Limited for its bank facilities, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. CARE Ratings reaffirmed the Long Term Bank Facilities rating at CARE AA; Stable, and also reaffirmed the Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities rating at CARE AA; Stable / CARE A1+, for a total of facilities amounting to Rs. 56.00 crore and Rs. 44.00 crore respectively, totaling Rs. 100.00 crore, with the rating received at 12:40 p.m.
