Innovision Limited secures a one-year contract worth Rs 30.37 crore from the National Highways Authority of India

Innovision Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) / Work Order Engagement from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for toll collection and facility maintenance at the Manambadi fee plaza on NH-36 in Tamil Nadu, alongside upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks. The contract, awarded on August 28, 2026, has a duration of one year and a broad commercial consideration of Rs 30,36,79,635. The company confirmed that neither promoters, promoter groups, nor group companies have any interest in NHAI, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
