Indo-Tech Transformers Limited secures Rs 54 crore order from Waaree Renewable Technologies

Indo-Tech Transformers Limited announced it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited on August 28, 2026, for the manufacture and supply of five power transformers, valued at Rs 54 Crores plus applicable taxes. The order, considered a material event due to its significance relative to the company's typical business transactions, includes the supply of three 170/175 MVA transformers and two 125 MVA transformers, with execution expected between January 2027 and April 2027.
