Time Technoplast Limited secures Rs 87.53 crore order from a PSU joint venture for CNG mobile storage cascades

Time Technoplast Limited has secured an order worth approximately Rs 87.53 Crores from a joint venture of two Maharatna Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) for the supply of Type IV Composite CNG Mobile Storage Cascades, intended for deployment across its City Gas Distribution (CGD) network. The order, which is to be executed within one year, reinforces the company's position as India's first and only manufacturer with Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) approval for Type IV Composite cylinders and marks a continued relationship with a well-established PSU customer. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor the entity awarding the order have any material interest, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
