Vaibhav Global Ltd. receives credit rating upgrades from CARE Ratings for bank facilities

Vaibhav Global Ltd announced credit rating updates from multiple agencies, with CARE Ratings Limited upgrading the Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities from CARE A+; Stable / CARE A1 to CARE A+; Stable / CARE A1+ for an amount of 120.00, and reaffirming the Long Term Bank Loan at BBB+ (Stable) for an amount of INR 500 crore, while also assigning a Short Term Bank Loan rating of PR3; CARE Ratings Ltd. further noted that ratings may be revised/reaffirmed/withdrawn based on periodic review and indicated that ratings on certain Bank Facilities are currently categorized as ISSUER NOT COOPERATING, based on best available information, alongside Fund Based Limits held with Punjab National Bank, HDFC Bank Ltd., Yes Bank Ltd., State Bank of India, and a Proposed facility; CareEdge Ratings indicated that their rating reflects opinions as on the date of the rating, with no specific instruments or amounts detailed, and CARE Ratings Ltd. provided definitions available at www.careratings.com.
