SAT dismisses Omaxe Limited’s appeal against SEBI order concerning alleged regulatory violations

Omaxe Limited announced that the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) dismissed an appeal filed by the company and individuals – Rohtaas Goel, Mohit Goel, Arun Kumar Pandey, and Vimal Gupta – against an order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on July 30, 2024, with the SAT order dated September 1, 2026; the appeal was related to alleged violations of SEBI regulations, the Listing Agreement, and other applicable laws. The company stated that the order does not have any additional material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities beyond what was previously disclosed regarding the SEBI order, and is currently evaluating its legal options.
