Aavas Financiers approves Rs 100 crore NCD issuance via private placement

Aavas Financiers Limited has approved the issuance of up to Rs 100 crore through a private placement of 10,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Transferable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), each with a face value of Rs 1,00,000, as authorized by a special resolution passed at the company’s 15th Annual General Meeting on September 16, 2025; the NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) segment of BSE Limited and will have a tenor of 60 months, with interest payments scheduled quarterly and principal repayment through 20 equal quarterly installments of Rs 5,000 per debenture.
