Euro Panel Products Ltd announced reaffirmations from CARE Ratings Limited for its various bank facilities, including long-term bank facilities amounting to 26.61, long-term and short-term bank facilities totaling 133.39, and reaffirmed ratings of CARE BBB+; Stable and CARE A3+ respectively; additionally, CARE Ratings reaffirmed Long Term Bank Facilities at 26.61 with a CARE BBB+; Stable rating, and Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities at 133.39 with a CARE BBB+; Stable / CARE A3+ rating, while also assigning a BWR A1+ rating to a Bank Loan of 100000000, a CARE A- rating with a Stable outlook to Long Term Debt of 50000000, and noted several term loans with varying amounts (12.09, 4.21, 2.70, 1.48, 1.13, and 5.00) and sanction amounts ranging from 2.48 crore to 24 crore; furthermore, the company disclosed fund-based limits totaling 40.00 and 12.50, adhoc cash credit of 1.00, and various instruments with HDFC Bank Ltd., including Letter of Credit (BG for SBLC) of 66.50, Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) of 66.50, Term Loan (TL) for Gift City of 66.50, Cash Credit of 45.00, Purchase Bill Discounting of 21.50, Purchase Order Financing of 21.50, Bank Guarantee of 5.00, Letter of Credit (Seasonal) of 5.00, Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) of 5.00, Term Loan (TL) for Gift City of 5.00, Seasonal Cash Credit of 2.00, Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL) of 2.00, Purchase Bill Discounting of 3.00, Purchase Order Financing of 3.00, Bank Guarantee of 1.00, and a proposed Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL) of 7.39; CareEdge Ratings noted that their rating reflects opinions as of the date of the rating, and CARE Ratings Ltd. indicated continuous monitoring for bank facilities.
