Innovators Facade Systems' bank facilities reaffirmed with enhanced rating by Infomerics

Innovators Facade Systems Ltd announced that Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited has reaffirmed its ratings on the company's bank facilities, totaling 252.60 Crore, which represents an enhancement from Rs. 249.43 Crore. Specifically, Infomerics has assigned a Long Term Rating of IVR BBB/ Stable (rating reaffirmed; outlook revised to ‘Stable’ from ‘positive’) and a Short Term Rating of IVR A3+ (rating reaffirmed) to the bank facilities; no other rating agencies were involved, and there were no assignments, withdrawals, or enhancements beyond the stated facility increase and outlook revision.
