RVNL secures Rs 903.01 crore contract from SJVN for Buxar Thermal Power Project work

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has received a Letter of Award from SJVN Thermal Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SJVN Limited, for the construction of a permanent siding and aerial track connection in Buxar, Bihar, as part of the 1320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project (BTPP). The contract, valued at Rs 903,00,68,492 (inclusive of GST), involves work within the normal course of RVNL's business and is expected to be completed within 36 months. The order was awarded by a domestic entity, and does not constitute a related party transaction.
