Refex Renewables jumps 0.99%, securing an 80-MW wind power project from SJVN Limited

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Refex Green Power Limited, has secured a letter of award from SJVN Limited, a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Himachal Pradesh, for the development of an 80-MW wind power project in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. The project, awarded on September 4, 2026, will see power supplied under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement at a tariff of Rs 3.88 per kWh, with the Scheduled Commencement of Supply of Power expected within 24 months from the PPA's effective date. The award does not specify a lump-sum contract value, with consideration based on actual energy supplied over the PPA tenure.

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd. shares saw a trading volume of 898 today, a slight decrease of 2.39% from the one-week average volume. Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd. experienced a sharp year-over-year decline of 46.64%, underperforming the NIFTY50 index's loss of 3.38%.
