CARE Ratings affirmed and assigned ratings to TVS Holdings Ltd’s debt instruments and bank facilities

TVS Holdings Ltd announced credit rating actions from multiple agencies, with CARE Ratings Limited assigning a CARE AA+; Stable rating to Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares amounting to Rs 930.68, reaffirmed its CARE AA+; Stable rating for Non-Convertible Debentures – I of Rs 750, Non-Convertible Debentures – II of Rs 200, and Non Convertible Redeemable Preference Share of Rs 930.68 (valid for 6 months from September 04, 2026, for a proposed issue), and assigned a BBB rating to Bank Loan Facilities of Rs 100 crore, alongside reaffirming ratings for Non Convertible Debentures of Rs 750.00 and Rs 200.00, while CARE Ratings Ltd. also assigned a BBB rating with a Stable outlook to Long-term bank loan facilities of Rs 100 crore and a BBB+ rating with a Stable outlook to Long-term bank loan facilities of Rs 100 crore, noting the right to revise/reaffirm/withdraw ratings periodically, and further indicated that ratings for certain bank facilities are unavailable due to the issuer not cooperating, alongside a general statement regarding the review process; CareEdge Ratings provided a rating reflecting opinions as on the date of the rating for bank facilities/instruments without specifying amounts or ratings.
