Harish Textile Engineers Limited stock rises 6.41%, resolving operational dues dispute with Kamlesh Corporation

Harish Textile Engineers Ltd. is up 6.41% to Rs 67.74, extending recent gains and rising 5.86% over the last week.

Harish Textile Engineers Limited announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has dismissed C.P. (IB) No. 671/2025 as withdrawn, following consent terms entered into on August 19, 2026, with creditor M/s. Kamlesh Corporation regarding outstanding operational dues. The NCLT order, received September 4, 2026, recorded that the outstanding amount, including further interest, has been settled with payment scheduled in installments, and the company will comply with the terms of the settlement, with further disclosures expected if required by law. The company had previously filed a petition with the NCLT on July 22, 2026.

Trading volume reached 118 shares today, a decrease of 64.99% from the one-week average volume. Harish Textile Engineers Ltd marginally improved 13.73% year-over-year, outperforming the 3.38% loss registered by the NIFTY50 index.
