Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited plans to raise Rs 25,00,00,028.55 through a preferential allotment of up to 32,12,955 convertible warrants with a face value of Rs 2 each, priced at Rs 77.81 per warrant (including a premium of Rs 75.81), to promoter Mr. Deepak Arora; the warrants are convertible into equity shares at a price that allows for tranche-based exercise within 18 months, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The funds will be utilized for working capital and general corporate purposes, with an initial payment of 25% of the warrant price due upon allotment and the remaining 75% payable upon equity share conversion.
