Accord Transformer secures Rs 1.92 crore purchase orders from Ultra Mega Power and Ventora Energy

Accord Transformer & Switchgear Limited has secured two new purchase orders totaling Rs 1,92,39,000 (excluding GST) in the ordinary course of business. The company received an order valued at Rs 1,43,10,000 from Ultra Mega Power Private Limited and another order for Rs 49,29,000 from Ventora Energy Private Limited, both for the supply of transformers. The orders are expected to be executed within three months for Ultra Mega Power and two months for Ventora Energy, and neither order involves related party transactions.

Trading volume reached 15000 shares today, a decrease of 50.0% compared to the one-week average volume. Accord Transformer & Switchgear Ltd remained flat year-over-year, outperforming the NIFTY50 index's 3.38% loss.
