Jyoti Limited's Switchgear Division secures Rs 663.71 lakh order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited

Jyoti Limited announced that its Switchgear Division has secured a repeat order valued at Rs 663.71 Lakhs (inclusive of Goods and Services Tax) from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited for the supply of 86 units of 11 KV VCB Panels. The order, received on September 7, 2026, is to be executed on or before January 7, 2027, and includes packing, forwarding, freight, insurance, and GST at 18%, with a guarantee period of 60 months from commissioning or 66 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.

Trading volume reached 1.41 lakh shares today, a surge of 264.72% compared to the average volume of the last one week. Jyoti Ltd. experienced a sharp decline of 38.52% year-over-year, underperforming the 4.01% loss registered by the NIFTY50 index.
