Trident Ltd secures reaffirmed CARE AA ratings for debt instruments totaling Rs 1,536.94

Trident Ltd announced reaffirmations and initial ratings from both CARE Ratings Limited (CareEdge Ratings) and CARE Ratings Ltd. regarding its various debt instruments, including Bank Facilities totaling Rs 1,536.94, Bank Facilities amounting to Rs 196.81, and Bank Facilities of Rs 12.50, all reaffirmed with ratings of CARE AA; Stable/ CARE A1+, CARE AA; Stable, and CARE A1+ respectively; additionally, CARE Ratings Limited initially rated a Fund-based Long-Term Term Loan of Rs 196.81 at CARE AA; Stable, Fund-based Long-Term/Short-Term CC/PC/Bill Discounting facilities at CARE AA; Stable / CARE A1+, and Non-fund-based Short-Term BG/LC at CARE A1+, while a Term Loan – Long Term was withdrawn on April 4, 2024, and CareEdge Ratings maintains a stable outlook reflecting expectations of maintaining market position and a comfortable financial risk profile, with ratings representing opinions on the likelihood of timely payment.
