CRISIL upgraded Data Patterns’ bank facilities to Rs. 775 crore with an A+/Positive Outlook

Data Patterns (India) Ltd announced credit rating actions from multiple agencies pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with CRISIL upgrading its Bank Facilities and revising the Long Term rating to Rs.775 Crore with an A+/Positive Outlook, reaffirming the Long Term rating of Rs.775 Crore at Crisil A+/Positive, reaffirming the Short Term rating of A1, reaffirming the Long Term rating of Rs.775 Crore at Crisil A+/Positive, reaffirming the Short Term rating of Rs.775 Crore at Crisil A1, reaffirming the Bank Guarantee (State Bank of India) at 100 Crore with Crisil A1, reaffirming the Bank Guarantee (HDFC Bank Limited) at 205 Crore with Crisil A1, reaffirming the Bank Guarantee (ICICI Bank Limited) at 90 Crore with Crisil A1, reaffirming the Bank Guarantee (Axis Bank Limited) at 215 Crore with Crisil A1, reaffirming the Bank Guarantee (Bank of Baroda) at 115 Crore with Crisil A1, reaffirming the Cash Credit (HDFC Bank Limited) at 20 Crore with Crisil A+/Positive, reaffirming the Cash Credit (Axis Bank Limited) at 10 Crore with Crisil A+/Positive, reaffirming the Cash Credit (ICICI Bank Limited) at 10 Crore with Crisil A+/Positive, and reaffirming the Cash Credit (Bank of Baroda) at 10 Crore with Crisil A+/Positive, while no rating actions were disclosed by other agencies.
