EPL Ltd's credit rating revised to IND AA+ by India Ratings and Research on September 10, 2026

EPL Ltd announced an update on its credit ratings, as per Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, informing BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that India Ratings and Research (“Ind-Ra”) has revised the Issuer Rating to IND AA+ with a Rating Watch with Developing Implications, while affirming the Commercial Paper rating of IND A1+; this action was taken on September 10, 2026, and pertains to instruments including the Issuer Rating and Commercial Paper, with ISIN INE255A01020, and involves no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals.
