SRG Housing Finance Ltd. receives reaffirmed ratings from Acuité for Rs 1299.00 crore exposure

SRG Housing Finance Ltd announced on September 11, 2026, that Acuité Ratings & Research Limited (Acuité) has reaffirmed ratings for the company pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, assigning an Acuite A-; Stable rating with a Rating watch with Developing Implications to the Long term Bank loan (Present + Proposed) amounting to Rs 1175.00 crore, as well as to the Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) totaling Rs 76.00 crore, and to the Proposed Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs 48.00 crore; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted by Acuité in this rating action, resulting in a total rated exposure of Rs 1299.00 crore.
