Atishay Limited stock rises 4.31% as it secures a Rs 4.23 crore digitization work order from Ludhiana Municipal Corporation

Atishay Limited has secured a work order from the Municipal Corporation Ludhiana, Government of Punjab, for the digitization of official records, valued at Rs 4.23 crores, inclusive of GST, with a stipulated completion timeline of 3 years including an AMC phase. The project involves digitization of approximately 165 lakhs pages and is expected to enhance the company’s revenue visibility and reinforce its position in government digitization projects, while the order does not constitute a related party transaction and neither the promoters nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.

Trading volume reached 4977 shares today, representing a 20.1% increase compared to the average volume over the past week. Atishay Ltd posted a modest gain of 15.19% year-over-year, outperforming the 5.99% loss recorded by the NIFTY50 index.
