Zydus Lifesciences reaffirmed credit ratings including AAA/Stable and A1+ for bank facilities totaling Rs. 4,724 crore

Zydus Lifesciences Ltd announced on September 11, 2026, that CRISIL Ratings Limited reviewed and reaffirmed the credit ratings of its various instruments and facilities, as detailed in letters dated September 10, 2026, including a long term rating of CRISIL AAA/Stable and a short term rating of CRISIL A1+ for Various Bank Facilities amounting to Rs. 4,724 crore; a short term rating of CRISIL A1+ for Commercial Papers (CPs) with an authorized limit of Rs. 200 crore; a rating of CRISIL AAA/Stable for Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with an outstanding limit of Rs. 50 crore; and a rating of CRISIL AAA/Stable for another instrument with an outstanding limit of Rs. 75 crore, noting that there are currently no outstanding Commercial Papers or Non-Convertible Debentures.
