India Ratings affirmed ratings for Vinyl Chemicals’ bank loans, commercial paper, and working capital limits

Vinyl Chemicals (I) Ltd announced credit rating affirmations and assignments across various instruments, with India Ratings & Research (Ind-Ra) affirming Bank loan facilities of 780, Long-term bank loans of an undisclosed amount at IND BBB+ with a Stable outlook, Long-term bank loan facilities of 500 crore at IND AAA, and Bank Loans of 100000000 at BBB+, while reaffirming Bank Loans of 500 crore at IND AAA with a Stable outlook; additionally, Ind-Ra assigned a rating to Commercial Paper of 100 crore, and assigned a rating of IND A+ to Commercial Paper of 100 crore, noting that a rating upgrade is not expected near term, and affirmed Fund Based Working Capital Limits of 36.00 and 54.00, and Non-Fund Based Working Capital Limits of 250.00, 170.00, 240.00, 18.00, and 12.00, all at IND A1+ and regulated by the RBI with involvement from Union Bank of India, ICICI Bank, and Indian Overseas Bank, alongside a general statement expressing a credible belief in the accuracy of information provided by the issuer and advisors, and an affirmation awaiting details as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, with no rating data available from India Ratings beyond that statement.
