India Ratings affirms ‘A’ ratings on Vishal Fabrics' debt instruments, including Rs 200 crore limits

Vishal Fabrics Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research Private Limited has affirmed ratings on its outstanding debt instruments, as detailed in a letter dated September 11, 2026. The ratings assigned are as follows: Term loans of Rupees 50 crore received a rating of ‘A’/Stable/IND A2+, Term loans also received a rating of ‘IND A’/Stable/IND A2+, Fund-based working capital limits of Rupees 200 crore received a rating of ‘IND A’/Stable/IND A2+, and Non-fund-based working capital limits of Rupees 40 crore received a rating of ‘IND A’/Stable/IND A2+; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted by the rating agency.
