Patels Airtemp secures Rs 226.13 crore contract from Dangote Petroleum Refinery in Nigeria

Patels Airtemp (India) Limited announced it has received a fixed-price contract/order for USD 23,663,860, approximately Rs 226 Crores, from Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals in Nigeria, for the supply of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers. The order, awarded in the normal course of business, has a duration of 12 months and a total commercial consideration of USD 23,663,860, equivalent to Rs 2,261,318,461 (Rs 226 Crores Thirteen Lakhs Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Sixty One), based on a conversion rate of Rs 95.56 per dollar, with no related party interest involved.
