Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd announced that ICRA Ratings Ltd has reaffirmed the credit ratings for the company’s commercial paper instrument, specifically reaffirming [ICRA]A1+ for the Commercial Paper with a rated amount of Rs 7500.0 crore and a current rated amount of Rs 7500.0 crore, as detailed in a letter dated September 14, 2026; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were indicated by the rating agency, and the ratings pertain solely to the Commercial Paper instrument; this reaffirmation is in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and is also available on the company’s website at https://www.cpcl.co.in/investors/share -holder -information/credit -rating/.
