Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd. is down 2.94% to Rs 383.15, after recently rising and gaining 9.00% over the last week.
Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DICABS) has secured a purchase order valued at approximately Rs 263.25 crore (inclusive of GST) from a domestic EPC contractor for the supply of power cables and conductors. The order, awarded on September 16, 2026, is for an urban power infrastructure project of the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) in Maharashtra’s Bhandup region and involves the supply of medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) XLPE underground power cables, overhead conductors, and control cables. The order reinforces DICABS’ position as a preferred supplier to state utilities and will be priced based on prevailing aluminum and copper prices.
Trading volume reached 4.1 lakh shares today, a decrease of 59.92% compared to the average volume over the one-week period. Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd. jumped by 150.13% year-over-year, outperforming the 8.01% loss recorded by the NIFTY50 index.
