L&T Finance Ltd announced it has received an Environment Social Governance (“ESG”) rating of 79.15 (rating category – leader) from Niche Ninety Nine Capability and Certifications (OPC) Private Limited (“Niche Ninety Nine”), a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider under Category II. The rating was sighted on the website of Niche Ninety Nine and the stock exchanges on September 17, 2026, at 6:51 p.m., and there are no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals related to any instruments; the disclosure pertains solely to this ESG rating.
