Replus Engitech secures Rs 217.56 crore order from Indus Towers for battery bank supply

HEG Advanced Materials Limited announced that its subsidiary, Replus Engitech Private Limited, has received an order from Indus Towers Limited for the supply of Lithium-Ion Battery Banks valued at Rs 217.56 Crore (Rupees Two Hundred Seventeen Crore Fifty Six Lakh only), inclusive of GST, to be executed on or before March 31, 2027, or a mutually agreed extended date. The order, awarded by a domestic entity, does not constitute a related party transaction and does not involve any interest from the company's promoters, promoter group, or group companies. This revised disclosure corrects an earlier omission where the word "Crore" was inadvertently left out of the previously submitted information.
