Nephrocare Health Services Ltd. receives credit rating upgrades from India Ratings across loan facilities

Nephrocare Health Services Ltd announced credit rating actions from India Ratings and India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) across various bank loan facilities and a term loan. India Ratings upgraded the Bank Loan Facilities - Long -term to IND AA-/Stable and the Bank Loan Facilities - Short -term to IND A1+ / IND AA- / Stable, reaffirmed the Short-Term Rating at IND A1+, and upgraded Bank Loan Facilities to IND AA- with a stable outlook; Ind-Ra upgraded bank loan facilities totaling 2,262.27, affirmed short-term ratings on bank loan facilities totaling 2,700.00, assigned a rating of IND AA-/Stable/IND A1+ to bank loan facilities of 506.63, and provided ratings for additional bank loan facilities of 650 (Citibank N.A.), 400 (HDFC Bank Limited), and 1,650 (Hongkong Shanghai Banking corporation), alongside a term loan of 68.9 from Asian Development Bank, all carrying the IND AA-/Stable/IND A1+ rating, with no other rating agencies or instruments mentioned.
