Mahindra & Mahindra's ratings reaffirmed by Crisil, including Rs. 1087.5 crore Bank Loan Facilities

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd announced that Crisil Ratings Limited has reaffirmed its ratings for various instruments, including Bank Loan Facilities amounting to Rs. 1087.5 Crore with a Crisil A1+ rating (Short Term Rating), Non Convertible Debentures totaling Rs. 475 Crore with a Crisil AAA/Stable rating, Non Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 500 Crore with a Crisil AAA/Stable rating, and Commercial Paper up to Rs. 500 Crore with a Crisil A1+ rating; additionally, CRISIL Ratings Limited has provided details regarding a Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) with an unspecified amount and rating, and has reaffirmed a Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) for Rs. 500 Crore with a Stable outlook (INE101A0 8070), and verified a Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) for Rs. 475 Crore with a AAA/Stable rating on September 18, 2026, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted.
