Company raises Rs 16.42 crore via preferential allotment of equity shares to investors

A company has allotted 1,95,34,070 equity shares and 60,00,000 warrants to a mix of promoter and non-promoter investors to raise capital and strengthen its financial position. Promoter and promoter group entities, including Sri Adhikari Brothers Assets Holdings, Sri Tirupati Balaji Family Trust, and Sri Mahakaal Family Trust, received 1,22,34,070 shares, representing 61.43% of the total allotment. Public, non-promoter investors, such as SERA Capital AIF and Jigneshbhai Maganbhai Bhuva, received 73,00,000 shares, accounting for 36.65%. Each warrant, convertible into one equity share with a Rs. 10 face value and a Rs. 12.50 premium, can be exercised within 18 months. The total consideration for the equity shares is Rs. 16,42,50,000, at a price of Rs. 22.50 per share. Shareholding percentages are not calculated on a fully diluted basis.
