India Pesticides Ltd. sees credit rating upgrades from CARE Ratings, CRISIL, and CareEdge

India Pesticides Ltd announced credit rating actions from multiple agencies, with CARE Ratings Limited reaffirming its ratings on the company's Bank Facilities at CARE A+; Stable/ CARE A1+ for the long term and short term, respectively, with an enhancement from Rs 80.00 crore to Rs 100.00 crore for the Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities, and reaffirming the Short Term Bank Facilities at CARE A1+; additionally, CARE Ratings assigned a rating of CARE A+; Stable to Long Term Bank Loan facilities aggregating to Rs 200 crore and a rating of CARE A2+ to Commercial Paper, noting that a surveillance/review is possible annually, while also indicating that another set of Bank Facilities are under review due to ISSUER NOT COOPERATING; CRISIL assigned a rating of CRISIL A+/Stable to Long Term Bank Loan facilities aggregating to Rs 200 crore, and CareEdge Ratings provided a rating reflecting opinions as on the date of the rating for Bank facilities/instruments, without specifying amounts or ratings, while other agencies provided no rating information.
