Refex Industries Limited clarified a typographical error in its earlier disclosure regarding a contract for lifting Pond Ash and Fly Ash under a Road-cum-Rail (RCR) mode, stating the quantity is 10 Lakh Metric Tonnes, not 10 Metric Tonnes as initially reported on September 19, 2026. The contract, awarded by a Public Sector Undertaking in Madhya Pradesh, involves lifting of the material over 18 months with a value of approximately Rs 160 crores and is extendable with mutual consent. The company confirmed no other terms of the contract have changed and that no promoter or related parties have an interest in the awarding entity.
